Our MOQ depends on the model and customization level — tell us your target model and we'll advise. Pilot runs are welcome.
What is the lead time?
Samples in about 7 days. Bulk production takes 45-60 days depending on the model and quantity, with progress updates at key milestones.
What is your sample policy?
Samples are ready in about 7 days — logo, color and packaging artwork confirmed together. Sample fees are refunded after the bulk order.
Can you customize logo and packaging?
Yes. We customize logo, packaging, cable length, wire specifications and switch configuration. Design, mold-making, injection molding, stamping, wire production, assembly and testing are all done in our own workshops.
What certifications do your products carry?
ISO 9001 certified factory. Products are certified model by model — UKCA, BS 1363, CE, G-Mark, SASO and CB — matched to the destination market: the UK, GCC, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with application assistance under your brand.
Which markets do you export to?
More than 40 countries and regions — across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Our products have entered large supermarket chains such as Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto and Madina.
